You may cancel your hosting account at anytime. To cancel log into your account and go to My Hosting Packages. On that page you will see your packages listed. Find the package you want to cancel and click the button to the right that says View Details. At the bottom of the Details page you will see a button that says Request Cancellation. Click that button and follow the steps all the way through. In order to keep from being billed again please make sure you cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.

Because we only have 1 package and it's unlimited everything, we have to have a No Refund Policy. If you are in doubt about our system, please only pay for one month to test it out. If after that 1 month you find we can't help you, you may cancel and will not be charged again, however you will not be refunded for the $6.18.

It's true that we offer unlimited bandwidth and disk space for only $6.18 a month. Please respect this policy and stay within a normal range for your web hosting and company. We do have the right to suspend and even charge those who use masive amounts of disk space or bandwidth. Masive amounts really means you are using hundreds of gigs of bandwidth per day or something that a normal web site would not use. So be careful if you are going to host a video, audio, picture or download site with us. While it really is unlimited space and bandwidth, you could use what we deem too much and get suspended and even charged extra. This policy is not ment to be a trap, again, as long as you respect the fact that we don't monitor your disk space and bandwidth, you will be fine. We only place this here because we know there will be at least 1 out of every thousand people that will try to run a huge youtube like site and use hundreds or even thousands of gigs per day or week.
